Europe’s best airport, according to Skytrax, has an overall KPI system on the passenger travel value chain, called the Passenger Experience Index. From the spring of 2020 and in the coming years, we will take the project under our wings.
The project includes a re-mapping of the Munich passenger journey and the measurements needed to fully inform the airport’s KPI system. Based on this, we will conduct more than 20,000 passenger interviews each year, which will be regularly reported in our online BI reporting platform.
